| The training was organized by Approtech Asia and hosted by Tay Tay Sa Kauswagan (TSKI) based in Iloilo . Trainers were Feri Lumampao, Ronnie S. Mataga (APPROTECH Asia) and Erwan Kow (ARECOP Secretariat).
